Recruitment Cell

The primary function of the Recruitment Unit is to attract highly qualified candidates to meet College requirement and department staffing needs while providing an equal opportunity for all. We do this by working directly with the office of Dean;

 Recruitment Cell focuses on

  • Screening of resumes mailed to jobs@jcba.edu.sa
  • Gather the information on day to day basics in a resume tracker.
  • Making necessary comments at the end of the tracker.
  • Forward the information to dean office for review.
  • Further on the basics of information received, coordinate with the application for interview date and time.
  • Schedule of the interview.
  • If selected Provides assistance to applicants with the application process.
  • Attends job fairs and other outreach efforts on behalf of the College.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies for candidate’s database.

Required Experience and qualifications

  • PhD or Masters in relevant discipline  from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant  lecturing experience
  • Research and a well-documented and extensive publication record
  • Excellent teaching skills.

Roles & Responsibilities -:

  • To teach  BBA  students of  Business Administration  / Marketing / Accounts / Finance / Law in following subjects :  Strategic Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Supply Chain Management, Quality & Operations Management/ Research.
  • To Teach MIS students  the following  Subjects : System Analysis and Design, Business Data Management, Decision Support Systems, Information Resource Systems, Business Application Development, and Enterprise Resource Planning.
  • Professional experience in curriculum development.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English and computer literacy.
  • Administrative and leadership experience
  • Profound knowledge of this field and ability to assimilate the skills for the better results
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to provide a training program to the undergraduate/post graduate students as well as motivating them for achieving the desired effects
  • Ability to advise the students on their academic problems
  • Highly skilled in doing research and having an analytical approach
  • Ability to grasp new concepts in less time as well as a capacity to tackle with the student related issues
  • An effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and hands on experience in training and development of subordinates.
